Refund policy

A report costs €3.95 per test as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Did you not receive your report, or did something go wrong? Contact info@studioradixs.nl within 14 days, mentioning the email address you used, and we will resend your report or refund your payment.

Because the report is digital content that is delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal expires once it has been sent. We will still always help you if something is not right.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
